How our table linen is made

Ever wondered how much work goes in to making your table linen?

Here is a little insight.

All of our table linen is made to order by our dedicated CMT team. Once an order is received it is passed to the cutting team who will use patterns and specialist equipment to cut out your order from rolls of fabric. Once your order is cut, it is then edged by a skilled machinist on an overlock machine. It is then sent to the finishing team to check the stitching and to makes sure that your linen is pristine, heat seal any edges to prevent fraying and then packed ready to be collected by one of our couriers.

As you can imagine some products take longer to make than others. For example a set of 100 napkins can be completed within an hour where as our joined tablecloths such as the 132" round tablecloths can take up to 4 hours to make for 10 tablecloths. This is due to the fact that they have to be made in sections and then cut to size.
