UK Delivery

Our products are made to order by our small team based in Salford. We do not hold stock ready to dispatch which is what makes Hope Textiles unique. We are able to offer a bespoke, customer based service. You only order what you need.

Delivery terms

• For orders of up to 200 napkins and 10 tablecloths excluding extra wide tablecloths, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days. (Mon - Fri - Excludes Bank Holidays).
• For larger orders we aim to dispatch within 3-7 working days. (Mon - Fri - Excludes Bank Holidays).

Free delivery for UK mainland on orders over £150.00* (Ex VAT)

UK delivery on orders under £150.00 (ex VAT) – Evri / Royal Mail 2-3** day delivery £3.95

DHL Next day** delivery - £6.99

**from date of dispatch

 *Free delivery applies to the UK mainland only and excludes Scottish highlands, isles and off-shore destinations including Northern Ireland.

Orders despatched to Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands use a 2 day service and will be charged £15.95 with an additional £0.25 per product ordered.

 

Returns

14 Day Returns

If you change your mind about your order you can return within 14 days providing that the products are still tagged and unused. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

You can start the returns process through your online customer account.

Hope Textiles does not provide refunds for outbound postage costs.
